Grants Management System
Welcome to the Division of Victim Services (DVS) customized paperless Grants Management System (GMS). The GMS will ensure less time and effort managing the paperwork of the grant process and increase resources on how to better serve Wyoming victim service providers.
The GMS will provide management tools necessary to administer & monitor grants more effectively & efficiently. Key functions include funding applications, award notice, approved budgets, contracts, fiscal & narrative reports.
New Users
As a new user, you will need to register with the system. Once you have registered, you will receive Notification of Access Approval. An Authorized Official can add or delete appropriate staff.
How to get started:
- Registration must be completed by Authorized Official (AO, Governing Entity/Supervisor).
- AO will receive notification of approval.
- AO can grant access to appropriate staff.
- Once registered you can apply for grants, complete and submit reports and access online demonstration about the system.
